Do I have to leave a deposit or card hold?

For most of the fleet, no: no excess and no card hold. The only exception is the Jeep Wrangler, which requires a €1,500 deposit held on the credit card until the car is returned.

Is the price final?

Accepted Answer

Yes: insurance with no excess, unlimited mileage and taxes included. Fuel is not included (full to full).

Where do I pick up the car at the airport?

Direct hand-over at car park P1, Meeting Point. No shuttle buses.

Are child seats and the additional driver chargeable?

The additional driver and standard child and booster seats are free. Only ISOFIX seats carry a charge of €5/day.

Can I pay with a debit card?

Accepted Answer

No. A credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express) in the driver's name is required for payment and to collect the vehicle.

What is the minimum age to rent?

23 years old, with a licence held for at least 2 years. Drivers aged 23–24 pay a young-driver supplement of €9.20/day; from age 25 there is no supplement. The Jeep Wrangler requires 30 years of age and 4 years of licence.
