“Excellent local car hire, highly recommended. We hired an opel corsa for 3 days to see the island and it was all good. The price included all insurance so there was none of that annoying negotiation. It was competitive with other companies once you factor in the insurance charges they had. The staff were friendly and helpful. They spoke good English and tolerated my Spanish. The car was pretty new, in good condition. Everything worked well and we had no waiting at pickup or drop-off. “I'm very happy with Ecocar's service. Hassle-free pick-up at the airport, and you get exactly the car you ordered, unlike many big rental companies. The car itself was clean and well kept. Full insurance + second driver at no extra charge, but most importantly – and often overlooked in offer descriptions – very good child seats when you choose the ISOFIX option. In our case it was a Kinderkraft. At pick-up the ISOFIX was already clipped in and the seat additionally secured with the Top Tether strap. Parents, if you care about your little one's safety, Ecocar will be an excellent choice!”

“Everything went really well. They brought us the car where we'd agreed and I returned it where they told me. What I booked through the website is exactly what I got. I rented it with the insurance, and when I arrived nobody told me that insurance wasn't valid, as often happens with other companies. And the price was unbeatable. When I come back soon, it'll be with the same company again. I chose the most basic one and they gave me a Fiat Panda.”

“Vehicle booked online. It was brought to our hotel at the agreed time and the paperwork was done in the hotel lobby. Payment too, with a card terminal they had brought along. No need to go to the agency! The vehicle was clean, in good condition and as booked. To return it, we simply left it in the hotel car park and the keys at reception. “Excellent experience at the Caleta de Fuste office: staff were courteous and clear in explaining every detail; one employee spoke good Italian. I rented a Fiat Panda, ideal for getting around the island, economical on fuel and easy to park anywhere. I needed 2 child seats, and they provided them on the spot at no extra cost. Car in perfect working order, washed and polished. I didn't need to, but I could also have returned it out of hours by leaving it in the car park and putting the keys in the dedicated box. The car had just come out of the car wash. 2 lovely days driving around for a fair price. It can be cheaper, but then you have to book earlier.
