Where exactly do I collect the car at the airport?
In Parking P1 at Fuerteventura airport, a short walk from the terminal. An Ecocar team member meets you at the pick-up point with the car ready.
Do I need a deposit or card hold?
On most of the fleet: no excess and no card hold. Exception: Jeep Wrangler Sahara, which requires a €1,500 hold on credit card until return.
Is the price I see the final price?
Yes. Unlimited mileage, additional driver and standard child seat are included in the price shown when you book.
How does the fuel policy work?
Full-to-full: the tank is full on collection and must be returned full. No fuel charges if you meet that condition.
Are baby seats and additional drivers extra?
No. Standard child seat or booster and one additional driver are included at no extra cost.
What do I need to collect the car?
A credit card (Visa, Mastercard or AMEX) in the main driver’s name. Payment is taken at collection, not during online booking.
What if my flight is delayed?
Contact the team by phone or WhatsApp as soon as you know the new arrival time to adjust collection in Parking P1.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
