We inform you that the personal data you provide us will be processed by ECOCAR, SL, in order to control the quality and manage and maintain the relationship derived from the vehicle rental contract without a driver, thus complying with Law 58/2003, of December 17, general taxation, and Civil Code, Royal Decree of July 24, 1889. To comply with the legal requirements derived from the provision of the contracted service, your personal data will not be shared with third parties, except competent authorities and will be kept for the duration of the legal obligations and possible responsibilities derived from the provision of service or execution of the contract. The possible data communications and their purposes are as indicated below:

Purpose: (I) Legal obligations of Law 58/2003, of December 17, general tax and Royal Decree of July 24, 1889, Civil Code. (II) Control of the quality of the service.

Legitimation: (I) Legal obligation and contract execution. (II) Legitimate interest. (III) Execution of contract.

Recipient: (I) ECOCAR, S.L.

For their part, vehicles have a geolocation system aimed at offering Users necessary and relevant information regarding the provision of services.

The geolocation system integrated in the vehicle cannot be disconnected since it is necessary for the effective provision of services, as well as for security reasons and to avoid illegal activities related to the vehicle.

In this sense, the geolocation device will allow ECOCAR to access the information in order to:

- (i) manage the contractual relationship with the User for the contracting of Ecocar products; (ii) control, ensure and claim the problems, incidents or illicit derived from the activities of the Users; and (iii) prepare internal reports and analyzes to improve Ecocar products; all in accordance with what is stated in the previous sections.

You can file a claim with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, as well as exercise the rights that the Law recognizes of access, deletion and rectification of your data, as well as the limitation or opposition to its treatment by sending an e-mail to the following address: info@ecocar.es, or by sending a written request to: C / Alcalde Juan Évora Suárez 19-8, 35610 Caleta de Fuste, Fuerteventura, indicating in any case the Reference: "ECOCAR / Data Protection" and accompanying Some document that proves your identity, such as a copy of the DNI. Likewise, we are committed to complying with the obligation of secrecy of personal data and the duty to save them and we will adopt the necessary security measures to prevent their unauthorized treatment, loss or destruction.
